AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF THE SACMI E-LEARNING SYSTEM
Accessing and using the Sacmi e-learning system and its contents is conditional upon User’s acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Sacmi is the exclusive owner of the Sacmi e-learning system and its contents and owns all the rights to the current contents and update thereof.
User agrees that all the contents of the Sacmi e-learning system are confidential. The contents of the Sacmi e-learning system shall not be disclosed by the User to any third party save in the followings cases:
All the materials contained in the Sacmi e-learning system are confidential, not only in the format in which they are saved in the Sacmi e-learning system, but also in the original formats, including DV video tapes, CD and DVD Rom, Magnetic Tapes, Paper, Internet Sites, etc..
User is not entitled to disclose his/her/its user name(s) and/or password(s) to any third party. User will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of his/her/its user name(s) or password(s) and for all activities that occur under her/his/its user name(s) or password(s).
The Sacmi e-learning system and its contents may be protected by applicable patent, trademark or copyright law. User is not allowed to copy, reproduce, export or distribute any of the contents of the Sacmi e-learning system in any form or manner whatsoever without the prior written consent of an officer of Sacmi who has the authority to give such consent.
User shall not use the Sacmi e-learning system and its contents for any unlawful purpose.
User shall comply with all reasonable requests from Sacmi intended to protect the Sacmi e-learning system and its contents and Sacmi respective rights.
Sacmi reserves the right to terminate User access to the Sacmi e-learning system, in its sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, the unauthorized use of User account access information, breach of this agreement, breach of User registration agreement, use of the Sacmi e-learning system for any unlawful purpose, reproduction, distribution, or download of any information protected by any confidentiality or privacy law.
The contents of the Sacmi e-learning system are provided on “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind. User agrees that use of the Sacmi e-learning system and its contents is at User’s sole risk and responsibility.
Sacmi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any possible implied warranties as to fitness for purpose, warranties in respect of non-infringement of the information, materials, contents, services and products on the Sacmi e-learning system.
Sacmi does not represent or warrant that materials in the Sacmi e-learning system are accurate, complete, reliable, current, error-free.
Sacmi does not represent or warrant that the Sacmi e-learning system will be error-free, uninterrupted, free from unauthorized access (including third-party hackers or denial of service attacks) or otherwise meet User’s requirements.

- the contents are already in the public domain.
